I've worked in the food and wine industry for over a decade. In that capacity I've attended numerous wine trade events, local wine tastings, wine dinners, and many other food and wine related events. And made hundreds and hundreds of food and wine pairing suggestions!
I regularly attend tastings and shop for wine at local retail wine stores, searching out the best wines and bargains, both locally and online.
I'm also the writer of Wine and Walnuts, a blog about eating, drinking, cooking and reading in the not-so-Deep-South, where I share wine reviews, recipes, and food and wine pairing suggestions on a twice weekly basis.
As a passionate student of all things culinary and wine-related, I'm always on the hunt for that next interesting bottle of wine and what to pair with it, and I would love to share my knowledge with you!
